None of our terms of trading affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Bella Cucina and our personnel are completely dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction. All of our kitchens are rigid built and made to order. We will process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible and delivery is usually within 15 working days from when we receive a signed copy of the contract.

If you require any advice or assistance then call us between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm Saturday GMT.
Browse through our on line brochure, once you have selected the range pick out your units then add them to your cart. Once your basket is complete proceed to the check out. You will then be asked to submit your order. No payment is taken at this stage.

Ordering by phone - 07791 736336

Click the order by phone button and fill in the required form. You will be given a reference number which relates to your order. Call us on 07791 736336 and we will be able to look at your order on line to confirm your order and make any changes necessary. We will then send you a hard copy in the form of a contract which will need to be signed in order to confirm your order.

Ordering by Fax

Use this button if you require a printable copy. No need to fax it just call us with the reference number.

Booking deposit

A deposit of 50% is taken when your order is processed and the balance is due 1 week prior to dispatch.

Methods of payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Switch or any equivalent cards American Express is not accepted. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or online. Cheques are accepted but allow 7 days for clearance. Any errors in receipts or payments will be rectified within 5 working days of our agreeing to correct them.

Payment by credit card

If any item is not available or out of stock it will be charged for and sent direct to you when available. This is to insure that disruption for your installation is kept to a minimum.

Refunds

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Each cabinet is constructed solely for the purpose of the order.
We comply with “The sale and supply of goods to consumers regulations 2002”

Guarantee

We guarantee our product against faulty manufacturing for 12 months.

Delivery

ON DELIVERY PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE GOODS AND REPORT DAMAGES, FAULTS OR ERRORS IN THE ORDER TO US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted. IN THE EVENT THAT GOODS CANNOT BE INSPECTED ON DELIVERY THEN SIGN FOR THEM AS " UNEXAMINED" Report damages, faults or errors to the Operations Manager by phone, email or letter within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for damage outside this time frame. In the unlikely event of damage by us you will be entitled to an exchange for that item.

You must be present to accept delivery and assistance will be required by an able-bodied person to unload the kitchen. Please ensure we are advised in advance of any likely access problems as the delivery vehicles are large and will be parked for some time while unloading and checking is carried out. Delivery is to the ground floor only. We advise against booking trades for installations until the goods have been received. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.

YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US

A binding agreement arises once we accept your deposit.
